Small Group Personal Training (SGPT)

Here at Level Up we believe that ALL OF US are stronger than any ONE of us which is why we centre our programme around Small Group Personal Training sessions. The strength which you develop lifting weights is only matched by the strength of the connections within our community.

For us SGPT hits the sweet spot of traditional individualized one to one training sessions and the fun, engaging, high energy feel of a large class setting.

We appreciate that fitness means different things to different people which is why we have three distinct styles of SGPT:

  • Strength (primarily focusing on full body strength development)

  • Lift and Burn (switching the focus of cardiovascular improvement)

  • Move (all things mobility and flexibility)

What else is available at Level Up? 

We also offer the below credit based classes that are available as a PAYG option.

  • Improve your flexibility and mobility through a sequence of flows connecting body, mind and breath.

  • Develop overall core and body strength with controlled low impact bodyweight movements.

  • Full body circuit based workout, using a combination of weights and body weight exercises.

  • Bookable 1 hour slots you can do your own workout in your own time using our gym pods. They include a squat rack along with any additional weights and access to any of our cardio and conditioning equipment.

If you like the sound of all the above then the next gradual step is our TRIAL MONTH which includes access to all this.

You will also have one of our coaching team guide you through your trial month offering you support and accountability along the way to give you a taste of the full Level Up experience.

In addition to this you will have full use of our private members group and get the chance to attend any of our educational and self development workshops and our social events that range from family fun days and coffee mornings to climbing up mountain peaks.
